The highly anticipated ‘Swag Se Swagat’ song from TIGER ZINDA HAI (TZH) is finally out. Everyone was waiting eagerly for this song because come on guys it’s the first song from the film TZH! But alas we are highly disappointed.

First things first the opening shot of the song featuring Katrina Kaif will leave you gaping. Sizzling Katrina is the highlight of this song as it’s difficult to take your eyes off her whenever she appears on screen in this track. Dancing is her forte and with this song too Katrina proves that to be true. Her sensuous moves and killer looks are enough to make your day.

On the other hand it amuses how the filmmakers have misused their ‘Cinematic Liberty’ card to an extent that an Indian agent Tiger (Salman) and a Pakistani spy Zoya (Katrina) are showing off their hot bods and welcoming everyone with their ‘Swag’. We hope that this is just a promotional song and not an actual part of the film’s narrative.

Nevertheless talking about the song we must tell you that it’s a sheer disappointment as neither the composition by Vishal-Shekhar nor the lyrics penned by Irshad Kamil excites you. Seems like even gem of a lyricist Irshad Kamil has succumbed to the pressure of ‘writing groovy numbers’ or in other terms promotional songs instead of writing what he is known for.

Vishal Dadlani and Neha Bhasin have done a decent job with their vocals, and whoever has sung the hook line ‘Swag se karenge sabka swagat’ needs to understand the difference between screeching and singing in tune.

We had a peppy promotional song ‘Mashallah’ in the prequel EK THA TIGER as well and that was way better and melodious unfortunately ‘Swag se Swagat’ is nothing like that.

Watch this song only for Katrina Kaif's sexy moves and the exotic locations and we sincerely hope that the other songs from TZH's album live up to the hype because we love Vishal-Shekhar’s music and have huge expectations from them.
