Post PADMAAVAT release, B-town steps out at its screening; Ranveer-Deepika-Shahid elated

Before the release of PADMAAVAT, which was stuck in the row thanks to the fringe groups, the industry didn't really come out in support of the film. In fact when a special screening was held before the film release, only the PADMAAVAT team and their close ones attended the event. However now that the film has released and receiving good response, with the fringe groups also calmed down, B-town stepped out at the post release screening in numbers.

A special screening of PADMAAVAT was held at YRF studio in Mumbai. B-town celebrities like Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone, Shahid Kapoor with wife Mira Rajput, Varun Dhawan and father David Dhawan, Kriti Sanon's sister Nupur Sanon, Kajol, Sonakshi Sinha with mother Poonam Sinha, Manish Malhotra, Yami Gautam, Richa Chadda, Rekha, Sridevi husband Boney Kapoor, Shilpa Shetty sister Shamita Shetty, Rajkumar Hirani, Imtiaz Ali, Vidhu Vinod Chopra, Ashutosh Gowariker, Rohit Shetty, Sooraj Pancholi father Aditya Pancholi's mother Zarina Wahab, Samir Soni wife Neelam Kothari, Rishi Kapoor wife Neetu Singh, Ramesh Sippy wife Kiran Juneja, Nitesh Tiwari wife Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari, Anu Malik's daughters Ada Malik and Anmol Malik arriving at the special screening of PADMAAVAT. The film had been in controversy from the day. PADMAAVAT is a Indian epic period drama film directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali.

Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh arrived separately. A few days back both walked hand-in-hand. But both of them smiled for the cameras. Deepika looked gorgeous in green velvet dress. She completed her looks with gold statement earrings. On the other hand Ranveer waved to the photogarpher. He looked dapper in black t-shirt. Bollywood gorgeous couple Shahid Kapoor wife Mira Rajput were seated in their car as they arrived at the screening of PADMAAVAT. While Mira looked gorgeous in a white top and black denim, Shahid looked dapper in a black outfit.

Varun Dhawan spotted with his father David Dhawan. Varun looked cool in a multi-coloured outfit. He was all smiles as he got clicked by the shutterbugs. While Kriti Sanon was spotted with her sister Nupur Sanon. Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon worked together in DILWALE. Varun Dhawan will next be seen in OCTOBER. Directed by Shoojit Sircar. On the other hand Kriti will next be seen in ARJUN PATIALA. She will be working with Diljit Dosanjh in this film.

Sonakshi Sinha looked stunning in a black and white outfit. She completed her look with choker and red lipstick. She was accompanied by ace designer Manish Malhotra at the special screening of PADMAAVAT. While mother Poonam Sinha was also spotted at the screening. Kajol, Richa Chadda and Yami Gautam were also clicked at the film’s screening.

Veteran actress Sridevi was spotted with her hubby Boney Kapoor. Sridevi looked beautiful in a pink outfit. Minimal makeup completed her look. Sridevi was last seen in the movie MOM. While Rekha looked stunning in a yellow saree. She rounded her look with sunglasses, red lipstick and gold earrings. She was seen greeting the paparazzi.

DANGAL director Nitesh Tiwari arrived for the film’s screening with his wife Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari. Rishi Kapoor with wife Neetu Singh is all smiles. Samir Soni spotted with his wife Neelam Kothari. Ramesh Sippy and wife Kiran Juneja also graced the special screening of PADMAAVAT.
