Divya Khosla Kumar, who will be soon seen in T-Series first ever short film BULBUL that will be released digitally, didn’t leave a stone unturned to ace different shades of her character in the short film as she is back with acting.
On one hand where she was supposed to play a Sardar, she not only adorned the look but observed few friends and relatives to get into the skin of that character. Similarly, she is playing a Kathak dancer in the film. While she could have just copied the required choreography for the part, Divya decided on actually undergoing a formal training for it. She trained with a couple of dancers to correct the form and do justice to that character.
Divya says, “It’s a widely followed art form and to stay true to your art form it’s important to do it the correct way. The girls who taught me were so supportive and patient to let me learn every form well.”
The film majorly shot in Shimla is directed by Ashish Panda and story is written by late Kundan Shah. The film also features Shiv Pandit and Elli Avram.
