The remake of the bold & quirky Tamil film KALYANA SAMAYAL SAADHAM (2013) helmed by the same director R.S Prasanna who helmed the Tamil original starring Ayushmann Khurrana, & Bhumi Pednekar in lead scored with it's smartly 'engaged' sauciness about erectile dysfunction that's amusingly took the audience to a joyful ride without turning vulgar.

Sunil Lulla, Managing Director, Eros International says, “At Eros, we strongly believe the audience is ready for a wide range of cinema that caters to different sensibilities and we feel blessed that our efforts to do something different in the family genre space are resonating with the audience. With Aanand Rai's vision and brilliant direction by R S Prasanna, SHUBH MANGAL SAAVDHAN has find space in the family genre in spite of its quirky and bold theme. We loved being part of this journey right from its scripting stage to its post-production and final release.”
